Underpad attached
Our vinyl products all have underpad attached, so we don't recommend you to put extra underpad. But laminate products still need extra underpad.
Installation tips
For better use, make ground level before install vinyl and laminate. This can make sure your floor in good condition.
Vinyl&Lamanite materials
The vinyl is made of SPC(stone plastic composite)
Laminate is made of wood.
Return Policy
GreatLake Flooring is not responsible for damages to or problems with the product caused by conditions at the installation site. This includes - but is not limited to - issues arising from improper temperature and/or humidity levels, inconsistencies in subfloor level, improper thickness or material used for subfloor, improper stacking/storing of flooring material, and installations that do not follow both manufacturer and NWFA guidelines. Issues listed above can cause warping, cupping, gaps, cracking and other destruction to your floor. ANY boards installed will be considered as having been accepted by the installer and the owner and will be excluded from claims. Items being returned MUST be UNOPENED in the ORIGINAL packaging, MUST be returned to the warehouse within 30 DAYS from when the product was received and any returns after 30 DAYS will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
